faulty air conditioningunpleasant experience
The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work. It was quite hot due to the afternoon sun. breakfast was not good. Half the restaurant was closed, resulting in crowded tables and long lines. it was like a bus station. the experience was generally unpleasant.

My stay had some drawbacks. The room felt a bit outdated despite the premium label. I noticed some stains on the floor under the mat. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the AC made quite a bit of noise during the night. It also emitted an unpleasant odor.

the room upgrade to a lake view was a wonderful surprise. i spent hours watching the water. the staff offered wonderful service (i'll always remember their kindness). breakfast each morning included fresh berries and pastries.
the gym's treadmill screens flickered occasionally.

the location is very central (it is close to the train station). my room was big and nice. the staff were friendly and helpful.
