My stay had some drawbacks. The room felt a bit outdated despite the premium label. I noticed some stains on the floor under the mat. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the AC made quite a bit of noise during the night. It also emitted an unpleasant odor.

the room upgrade to a lake view was a wonderful surprise. i spent hours watching the water. the staff offered wonderful service (i'll always remember their kindness). breakfast each morning included fresh berries and pastries.
the gym's treadmill screens flickered occasionally.
